Ground Person

The Groundman is responsible for general physical labor within the scrap yard while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Duties may include utilization of hand and power tools, yard clean up and maintenance, and assisting other personnel through the yard. The Groundman should possess knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
