Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Country: Poland Location: Gdańsk Contract Type: Full Time, UoP Role: Senior Quality Assurance EngineerRole Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our R&D organization and validate communication-centric security solutions across both wireless (RF) and addressable (RS485-based) portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, robust, and compliant communication between devices, gateways, control panels, and backend systems in complex, mixed-technology installations.Key Responsibilities Validate RF-based communication (including long-range, low-power alarm signaling, high-throughput image and audio transmission) Execute RF performance and robustness tests Test addressable and hybrid installation (including device addressing, enrollment, topology handling) Test protocol behaviors (eg. protocol coexistence and prioritization) Support development of automation-based test solutions and validation setups Support compliance readiness for EN 50131 through structured test evidence Create and maintain test plans, test reports, and defect documentation Collaborate daily with R&D engineers, product management, and compliance teams Required Profile Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or related technical field Strong experience in Quality Assurance domain Experience in wireless systems validation, bus-based systems or hardware-related products testing (focused on communication) Experience with performance-oriented testing (latency, range, throughput) Practical knowledge of Sub-GHz radio systems, RF protocols, or IoT communication Knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools and ability to use them in practice Analytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting Strong analytical and problem solving skills (including usage of debugging logs, traces, serial output) Good command of English language (in writing and speech) Additinal Qualifications Test automation skills using Python ISTQB certificate Experience in Attlasian toolchain usage Experience with EN 50131 or similar standards Experience in intrusion, detection or access domain WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary and benefits package:  Meal Vouchers LuxMed Medical Insurance MultiSport Card IKE/IKZE Additional Pension Contribution Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance.
