- Lead daily showroom operations and customer experience
- Manage, coach, and schedule the showroom team
- Drive sales while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Keep the floor visually sharp and fully merchandised
- Maintain deep knowledge of synths, pro audio, and recording gear
- Handle escalated customer concerns with care and professionalism
- Collaborate with leadership on inventory, events, and merchandising
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Track and report showroom performance metrics
What You Bring
- 3+ years of retail experience — music tech or specialty preferred
- Proven people management or team leadership
- Experience building schedules and managing staffing priorities
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving retail environments
- Flexible availability including weekends
Bonus Points
- Experience with modular/Eurorack, DJ gear, or recording studios
- Background in live performance, production, or music retail
- Experience running community events, demos, or workshops
- Familiarity with POS or inventory management systems
