Job Description
Key Objective of the Job: To manage and develop Tele calling & Client experience verticals for wealth business. This will include overall management of P&L of tele sales, call center resources, facilities, training & development of the team, driving processes and operations, ensuring quality and attain desired business objectives from tele sales channel and drive Client experience.
Major Deliverables:
- Manage Call center function & ensure business objectives
- Train, mentor, direct the call center team and in house calling team
- Drive Wealth Client Experience team
- Achievement of sales & business targets of the unit
