Job Description
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HR area and preferably in retail luxury industry
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and adapt changing environment
- Resilience and agile
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Must be highly detail and results orientated and a proven ability to multi task
- Highly committed and self-motivated with a strong work ethic to lead by example
- Strong planning and execution skills
- In depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, policies within the region of China
