About the role:

The Valet Parking Attendant is part of the Guest Service team and plays a key role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. In this role, you will ensure smooth arrivals and departures, handle vehicles safely, and provide courteous and professional service in line with Four Seasons standards.

You will work closely with the Front Office team to deliver a seamless and welcoming guest experience. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with arrivals and departures, and provide valet service professionally
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following all safety and traffic rules
• Inspect vehicles, manage keys and tickets, and ensure proper tracking and organization
• Assist guests with directions, transportation needs, and general inquiries
• Support overall Guest Service operations while maintaining Four Seasons service standards

What you bring:

• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Turkish proficiency required; intermediate level of English is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a guest-focused approach
• Calm, professional, and reliable attitude, especially during busy periods
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist guests throughout the shift
