- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Perform variance and GAP analyses, identifying key business drivers and risks
- Act as finance business partner to business units and leadership
- Drive monthly Business Unit review meetings
- Ensure timely and accurate group reporting
- Develop and enhance management reports, KPIs and dashboards
- Lead and develop the controlling function
- Support internal and external audits
- Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting and data quality
- Support executive management with financial insights
- Play a key role in the completion of the ongoing ERP system transition
- Contribute to the design, implementation and optimisation of the new ERP environment
- Ensure alignment between ERP structure and reporting and business requirements
- Support business adoption and ensure data quality across systems
- 5–8+ years experience in controlling / FP&A / finance business partnering
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (DAX), SQL is an advantage
- Leadership or people management experience is a plus
