Job Description

Objectives of this role

  • Implement Documentation Management within the Project organization (management & review of all stakeholder documents).
  • Maintain complete Project Documentation and monitor the Documentation Life Cycle for all the T&T Document List.
  • Support the Project/Program Manager for the relevant Project/Program schedule requirements.
  • Proactive role in the Project / Program in terms of implementation of project planning management system.
  • Accountable that the Project Documentation & schedule is properly archived in online.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather project specifications and requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly/ weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to project schedules and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil / electrical / mechanical or related field.
  • 3-10+ years of experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry.
  •  Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes & activities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software such as MS Project.
