Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:
Finance Systems Specialist (Junior or Specialist Level)
Type of Employment: Temporary position until 30.04.2027
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monitor and maintain financial data interfaces and systems.
Identify and correct interface errors to ensure accurate and successful data processing.
Troubleshoot ERP and related system issues, identify root causes, and work with other departments to implement effective solutions.
Participate in projects involving Finance system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements.
Support the identification, analysis, and implementation of business requirements in Finance systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors to ensure effective system support and development.
Support the development of employees' knowledge and competencies in the use of Finance systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (students are welcome to apply).
Previous experience in accounting or at the intersection of Finance and IT is considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe and America.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
Precise, analytical, organized, and stress-resistant personality.
A self-motivated, positive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team-player mindset.

Monthly salary starting from:
1400 EUR gross (Junior Level);
1800 Eur gross (Specialist Level).
