SAP Support Technician with French

We are currently seeking a professional SAP Support Technician with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in MM/SD modules. If you have a proven track record of optimizing SAP solutions to align with business objectives, we invite you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze IT needs related to client requirements;

• Ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance in SAP;

• Advise and train client-users;

• Ensure the proper functioning of implemented applications, perform integration tests, and check for non-regression;

• Draft functional specifications based on client needs or specifications provided by AMOAs, including technical recommendations if necessary.

• Configure applications, if necessary, in accordance with the needs and expectations of client-users and within the constraints of quality, cost, and deadlines;

• Assist and guide client-users in expressing their needs;

• Based on code analysis, understand the functioning of the flow.

Main Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support;

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, including integration with other SAP modules;

• SAP certification in SD and MM modules is a plus;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions;

• Foreign languages: French B2-C1 level & English B1-B2 level.
