Job Description

The person will be responsible for applying knowledge of regulations, policies, protocols, and/or control procedures as driven by industry standards to complete new Finished Good Product commercialization’s. Responsible for participating on project teams to gather large volumes of information, which supports the commercialization of a new or changing Finished Good. This data is the single common source of product information, containing key attributes broadly used by organizations' applications that drive varying business critical functions. Gatekeeper of information, sometimes confidential in nature, accountable for accuracy, compliance and timely processing. Strong communication with various stakeholder groups and business teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales Planning, Consumer Promotions and Finance that are responsible data owners providing information required toward activation of a new product. Data research will be performed as part of troubleshooting, process improvements or issue resolution. Systems used: SAP, Microsoft Office Suites. 

  • 1 years’ experience in a project team or like environment 
  • 2 years’ experience gathering information, communicating company standards, providing direction and resolving issues at all levels and personality types 
  • 1-3 years’ experience applying analytical skills to large volumes of information and complex processes 
  • 1-3 years SAP tactical process & business knowledge. MM module a plus 
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint (intermediate) 
  • Organized and ability to multi-task 
  • Self-starter/motivated 

Duration: 6 Months Contract
