• Support the team in quality activities related to series production
• Assist in product quality coordination (e.g., audits and quality processes)
• Work closely with production and cross-functional teams
• Take part in quality improvement activities within ongoing projects
• Support the use of quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Assist the team in analyzing quality issues and identifying improvement opportunities

What Distinguishes You

• 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Physics Engineering
• Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (statistical knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset
• Interest in quality methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, IATF)
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Eager to learn, curious, and motivated to improve processes
