Job Description

Responsibilities: Manually calculate and validate various remunerations and incentive payment on meticulous manner for multiple distribution channels Support payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness Handle distributor onboarding / changes / offboarding in the payroll system Timely handle the compensation adjustment requests Response to inquiries from distributors and regulatory bodies in a timely manner Support on orphan assignments and servicing agent changes Assist with annual tax filing and prepare regular compensation reports Provide admin support to the team Support ad hoc projects and assignments provided by supervisors Qualifications: Associate degree / Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Mathematics or any equivalent disciplines Relevant experience in insurance industry is preferable Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing, strong Excel skills as a must

Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline Strong numerical ability and meticulous attention to details Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skill Proficiency in both written and spoken English Fresh graduate is welcome About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide
