Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mon-Clair Animal Hospital.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with the public, great communication skills over the phone as well as in person. We prefer you have experience in a veterinarian office.

You must be a fast learner with our software program, and willing to adapt and learn a new program, when that time comes.

Your duties will include greeting clients as they arrive, checking them into the system, rooming the client and pet, if techs are busy. Answering phone calls, checking voicemails, emails. You will be responsible for preparing estimates, collecting payment at the time of service, refilling medications, preparing for the next day, confirming appointments if they are not confirmed thru reminders, helping with in house cleaning, deposits and end of day closing and reports. All of this and occasionally hands on with the pets, to help a tech.

We will be willing to train, if we feel you and your personality would be a good fit with our team.

Compensation: $15-$19/hr depending on experience

Current office hours are Monday- Tuesday and Thursday-Friday. No late hours.

Hours may change, and you must be flexible, with a changing schedule.
