業務内容
 

  • 販売業績の結果に責任を負い、会社が要求する販売業績指標を達成する。
  • 戦略的な販売計画の策定に参与し、実行することで収益目標の達成と市場シェアの拡大を図る。
  • 顧客ニーズに応じ、内部チームと連携して顧客向けのオーダーメイドなソリューションを策定し、提案及び見積もりを行う。
  • 既存顧客との堅固な関係を構築・維持し、既存収益の確保と潜在需要の開拓を行う。
  • 市場調査を実施し、業界動向、競合他社の動き及び新たな機会を速やかに把握する。
  • アカウントマネージャー、ソリューションチーム、オペレーションチーム等の内部組織と緊密に協力し、顧客ニーズの実行と充足を保証する。
  • 契約及び協定の条項交渉を行い、顧客満足度を維持しつつ利益最大化を実現する。
  • 顧客関係管理(CRM)システムにおいて、販売活動、顧客とのやり取り及び取引状況を正確に記録する。

応募資格

  • サプライチェーン、電子商取引、クロスボーダー、貿易、流通業界等の販売経験を有する。
  • 日本の特定業界におけるサプライチェーンマネジメントまたはサードパーティーロジスティクス(3PL)サービスの深い知見及び経験を有する。
  • 中国語&日本語、または英語&日本語に精通しており、国籍は不問。

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for sales performance results and meet the sales performance indicators required by the company.
  • Participate in formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Link internal resources to tailor solutions for customers based on their needs, and conduct proposals and quotations.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to retain existing revenue and tap into potential revenue.
  • Conduct market research to timely understand industry trends, competitor dynamics and emerging opportunities.
  • Cooperate closely with internal teams such as account managers, solution teams and operation teams to ensure that customer needs are implemented and met.
  • Negotiate contract and agreement terms to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess sales experience in industries such as supply chain, e-commerce, cross-border trade and circulation.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of supply chain management or third-party logistics (3PL) service experience in a specific industry in Japan.
  • Proficiency in Chinese & Japanese or English & Japanese;
