Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Strategic Projects
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decision-making, including financial modeling, variance and scenario analysis, and business case development
- Support high-priority strategic initiatives across Finance, M&A, and Integration by structuring problems into clear frameworks and developing actionable recommendations
- Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, summaries, and briefing documents
- Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and partner with senior team to present them
- Organize and maintain key materials and documentation for internal stakeholders in a structured and clear way
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, HR, Operations, Technology, Solutions) to support integration execution
- Assist in identifying value creation opportunities and tracking synergies, including cost efficiencies and operating model improvements
- Support Finance integration activities across geographies, including monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies and highlighting key issues
Operating Model Improvement
- Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operating models for the Finance function
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proactively highlight and address key issues
- Develop and maintain project plans and materials to support execution and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Support the evolution of pricing guidelines, collaborating closely with business and client-facing teams
- Analyze pricing data and identify opportunities with direct P&L impact
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations based on findings
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services is a plus. Physical Requirements

This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
