
Time and Attendance Manager
Job Description
The Time and Attendance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organization’s time and attendance system to ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals. This role supports organization-wide adoption through training, user support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations. The Time and Attendance Administrator also identifies opportunities to improve workflows, controls, reporting, and overall system performance.
