Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit? Founded in 2012 by Daniel Gilbert, we were built by engineers before we were a media agency. Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbers across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.

What's the role
In this role you’ll develop innovative, challenger media strategies across a portfolio of high-value clients. You’ll sit in the client team, but be part of the growing strategy community at Brainlabs. With a deep understanding of your clients and craft, you’ll set the strategic vision and build mid-term strategic plans that deliver real business performance growth for clients. You’ll know how to drive marketing transformation, diagnose brand challenges effectively use data insights and optimise marketing/media as a driver for revenue and brand growth and media effectiveness.
What you do
- You’ll act as the ‘root cause’ diagnostician of our new business and existing client challenges, never taking their brief at face value
- You’ll be the architect of the ‘aha’ insights, creating moments where you reframe the problem so brilliantly that the subsequent media and creative execution is inevitable
- You’ll be a seamless integrator, demonstrating extreme empathy for the consumer's journey, considering the role for each channel and placement
- You’ll be an expert causal linked, providing bullet proof evidence for your recommendation and be able to anticipate the measurement needed to deliver proof post activation.
- You’ll lead the end to end storytelling of every response you’re involved in.
Who you are
- 12+ years experience of delivering media strategies to leading clients either within a market or across a region
- Proven data capabilities and ability to utilise data driven insight to drive media and marketing effectiveness
- A great storyteller capable of translating data into real world insights
- You’re a ‘ knowledge builder’ and are excited at growing and coaching those around you
- A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator
- Brilliant at pitching and engaging clients
- A innovative thinker, able to create and deliver challenger strategies
