Descripción del puesto At Publicis Production, Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Art Director with more than 5 years of experience in similar roles within digital and print production environments. The mission of this role is to conceptualize, develop, and execute high‑quality creative solutions, ensuring visual excellence across campaigns while maintaining strong alignment with brand strategy, client objectives, and a global production model. Responsabilidades - Conceptualize and execute visually compelling creative solutions across digital and print formats, including campaign assets, web design, and production deliverables. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs and ensure creative excellence across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and printed materials. - Participate actively in ideation sessions, brainstorming, and creative reviews, contributing strong conceptual thinking and innovative ideas. - Establish visual tone, style, and messaging that effectively connects with target audiences and communicates strategic intent. - Develop and adapt key visuals across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. - Execute a high volume of lower-to-mid complexity production tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail - Manage production processes, including image retouching, file clean-up, asset preparation, and packaging deliverables for final use - Prepare final assets for delivery, ensuring correct technical specifications, formats, and readiness for digital and print use. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, development) to align design solutions with business and project goals. - Support and guide junior team members by providing feedback, direction, and best practices to ensure quality and consistency. - Present creative ideas, concepts, and final outputs clearly to stakeholders, justifying design decisions. Cualificaciones - Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction or creative design roles within digital and print environments. - Proven experience in conceptual development, visual storytelling, and campaign design execution. - Experience working on website design and digital campaign assets (Figma experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and multi-channel content adaptation. - Solid experience in creative production processes, asset preparation, and delivery standards.Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles. - Ability to balance creativity with high-volume production demands. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Experience supporting or guiding other team members (formal leadership not required) - A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and executional work across digital and print media. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. - Intermediate‑to‑advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
