Job Description
Main Tasks
Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions using Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and AWS Bedrock for production applications
Design and optimize high-volume batch processing pipelines (250K+ records) for ML inference and data transformation
Implement quality assurance frameworks for LLM outputs including validation, error detection, and cost optimization
Build serverless ML architectures using AWS Lambda, Fargate, and CDK (Infrastructure as Code)
Create ML APIs using FastAPI with authentication (Okta/JWT) and async processing patterns
Develop dashboards for ML model monitoring and data visualization
Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into ML solutions
Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI tool integration
Document technical solutions and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Job Qualification
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Engineering
Experience in production ML systems (not research-focused)
Proven track record with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
Ability to independently prioritize and implement requirements
Willingness to participate in in-person meetings with local team members

Ability to explain complex technical content clearly and understandably
Proactive problem-solving and independent task prioritization
Product and feature mindset: focus on implementation and business value, not research
Strong understanding of cost-effective ML solutions
Experience with multi-LLM architectures and provider selection
Ability to handle high-volume data processing challenges
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
Hard Skills (must have)
ML & AI: LLM Integration, Prompt engineering, Batch Processing, Model evaluations
Python Ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
Data Processing: SQL, database design, ETL processes
Cloud & Deployment: AWS, Docker
Versioning & CI/CD: Git, automated pipelines
Model Optimization: Hyperparameter tuning, evaluation methods, metrics
Security: Basic knowledge of cloud security (IAM, access control).
