Job Summary:
- Supermicro is seeking dedicated warehouse professionals to work in our warehouses and distribution centers in San Jose. The Sr. Warehouse Worker receives and ships Supermicro products and coordinates shipment transfers to internal departments and customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 物料簽收：點收進貨並協助卸貨。
2. 進貨核對：核對到貨物料料號、數量、批次、版本及Date Code等資訊，以及檢查外包裝與產品狀態是否異常。
3. 異常處理：記錄、隔離並通報短缺、損壞、錯貨或過期產品。
4. 系統收貨入帳與文件管理：操作SAP進行GR收帳；登錄收貨單、列印標籤並彙整相關文件以供財務與稽核需求。
5. 待驗貨物管理：區分抽驗貨物，轉移帳務與實體物料至檢驗部門；暫存貨物，並於檢驗通過後進行整理，運送予庫存團隊進行入庫。
6. 3PL外倉作業：規劃進料直送3PL物流倉計畫與安排回廠檢驗事宜。
7. RD申領物料/樣品發送與轉運。
8. 安全與合規：遵循安全規範、標準作業程序及5S標準。
9. 庫存支援與優化：協助盤點作業並提出流程改善建議。
10.電動機具設備日常保養與點檢。
Qualifications:
1. 教育程度：高中職以上畢業，具備相關背景或證照尤佳。
2. 工作經驗：具備一年以上倉管相關經驗。
3. 專業能力：基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體；良好的組織能力、關注細節與正確性。能操作電動拖板車，具備合格堆高機駕照者佳。
4. 語言能力：中文 – 良好聽說讀寫能力；英文 – 基本讀寫能力。
5. 人際交往能力：需具備良好的人際交往能力，以有效地與同事、客戶及供應商溝通協作。
6. 責任感：需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。
7. 具備公平、道德與誠信。
