Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Pediatric Outpatient | Roanoke, VA

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient pediatric team in Roanoke, Virginia. Join a multidisciplinary team that is passionate about helping children reach meaningful developmental milestones. Working alongside speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, ABA professionals, and other pediatric specialists, you'll provide individualized care that empowers children and supports families throughout their therapy journey.

Your Role:

  • Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, developmental, and neuromuscular conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to reinforce progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on functional outcomes and clinical goals.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that encourages children to reach their fullest potential.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for pediatric rehabilitation and delivering family-centered care.
  • New graduates and experienced physical therapists are encouraged to apply.
