We are currently seeking a driven individual to join us as HR Intern
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
The HR Function is responsible for supporting the business to align people and organisational capability to deliver the strategic aims of the business. The function develops people policies, processes and interventions, implementing these through the leadership structure to create a performance culture that reflects the Company’s values whilst meeting global legal requirements.
Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support to the HR department, employees and business managers
• Update and maintain the HR System
• Coordinate and maintain benefits data and information
• Support the team with handling of documents and employee data
• Participation in improvement activities at the department/company level
About You
If you:
• want to start your career in HR
• are a student of Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Administration, or similar,
• have some experience in HR or administrative environment,
• look to be a part of an international HR Team that values collaboration and a good working atmosphere,
• seek a place where you may have a real impact on how we operate every day,
• have good MS Office (Excel) skills,
• are fluent in English,
