You will be the first line of contact for employees. The HR Coordinator is responsible for all facets of the onboarding process for new hires, general daily questions from employees and managers, maintaining data and systems, and supporting all other Talent programs and policies. You will report to the Associate Director, Talent for the Central region. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employees and new hires, answering questions and providing guidance Primary escalation point of payroll and benefits issues from or to centralized support function from employees Responsible for new hire set up and onboarding, including new hire orientation and partnering with Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure onboarding for all new team members nationally Support onboarding activities, including background checks, I-9 processing, and documentation compliance and completion Coordinate onboarding sessions and help create a welcoming first-day experience Administrator for employee systems Provide general administrative support to HR Business Partners and Talent Leads, including ad-hoc projects and requests Pull data and creating ad hoc reports from a variety of systems Conduct regular audits for data integrity and accuracy, and resolves issues Coordinate logistics and communications of HR programs, information sessions Take on projects relating to achievement of Talent and goals Help facilitate internal communications related to talent initiatives Support engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot and HR technology platforms) to streamline administrative processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance efficiency across HR operations Support the HR team in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows using AI-enabled solutions Assist in generating reports, insights, and summaries using AI tools to support talent decisions and HR initiatives Maintain appropriate data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards when using AI in HR processes Qualifications Accountable - Accountable for accurate execution of projects and tasks Collaboration - Builds partnerships and work with others to meet shared goals; relate well to all kinds of people-up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization; build appropriate relationships; can diffuse even high-tension situations; know personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limits Communication – We move fast around here. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
