Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Strategic Sourcing Manager Is responsible for the development and maintenance of policies, processes and procedures related to the procurement of all Bank goods and services. Develop and improve processes to manage vendor identification and onboarding, sourcing, and purchase requests. Implement Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and tools in support and development of center led procurement team. Guide sourcing strategies for the purchase of goods and services for the enterprise, including but not limited to IT, facilities, professional and consulting services, general services, general supplies, etc. This is a cross functional role established under the guidance of Third-Party Risk Management to ensure compliance with Bank Policy and Regulatory guidance.
