Job Responsibilities:
- Check and process open solicitation requests in the origin system
- Analyse received documents (audit of the documents according to the Union Customs Code)
- Key in data into origin management software
- Processing customer requests
- Calculation process in the origin software (automatic) or manual calculation
- Compliance analysis (errors check, problems solving, internal/external communication)
- Qualification process and Long Term Supplier declaration issue to the clients
- Data base analyze of issued LTSDs
- Regular communication with: ZF Lifetec plants, suppliers and customers (escalation, confirmations, clarification, etc.)
- Gap analysis between business processes and clients’ requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum High School degree
- MS Office literacy (advanced level of Excel)
- English – communicative level, additional language will be an advantage
- Working experience with FTA management will be an advantage
- Communication and good self-organization skills, work under time pressure
