Production Technician

The Production Technician will be responsible for executing assembly and testing processes, washing of materials, and performing heat treatment procedures in accordance with established methods and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on manufacturing processes (washing, cutting, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging) using method sheets and technical drawings.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance expectations.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining 5S practices and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in root cause analysis of defects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply appropriate processing techniques for established manufacturing procedures.
• Adhere to all applicable specifications (Production Records, AV Records, Method Sheets) and complete required documentation accurately.

Requirements

• Knowledge in metalworking processes.
• Knowledge in interpretation of diagrams and process charts (MS).
• Basic knowledge of component cleaning processes.
• Handling of measuring instruments.
• Flexible with shift times.

Education

• High School Diploma or Technical Career is preferred.
