Position Summary 職務概要:
業務の確実な遂行、ビジネス戦略に沿ったプロセスの簡素化・効率化・全体最適化を実行し、会社の成長に貢献する。ビジネス環境や戦略を理解し、社内外のステークホルダーと密に連携を取り、事業運営に欠かせない業務を実行し効率化させる。また、新規システム導入に伴うプロセス構築とチェンジマネジメント、業務の見直しや削減、新規サービスの発掘も視野に入れる
Key Responsibilities 主な職務内容:
ビジネスオペレーション（出荷、売上、特価、委託品管理等）
ビジネスサポート（棚卸、貸出・立会等）
システム導入に伴う社内オペレーションプロセスの構築
基幹システム（One Force等）のエンハンスメントの要件定義や改善
MBP終了に向けたマスタやプライシング整理とプロジェクトの管理
セルアウトプロセスやシステムの改善やプロセス化
サンプル・立会・貸出・有償サービスアレンジメント等のオペレーションやコンプライアンスのモニタリング
チームのマネジメント
Required Experiences, Skills and Qualifications 求める経験・スキル・資格など:
医療業界または関連分野での豊富な経験（5年以上推奨）
営業経験（望ましい）
ピープルマネジメント経験
プロジェクトマネジメント、プロセスシンプリフィケーション
IT関連の理解や精通、システム構築、運用などの経験
高いコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ（社内外）
HCCなどのコンプライアンス知識
英語力（必要に応じて）

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
