DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Japan PR&O, located in Japan

Position Summary 職務概要  

業務の確実な遂行、ビジネス戦略に沿ったプロセスの簡素化・効率化・全体最適化を実行し、会社の成長に貢献するビジネス環境や戦略を理解し、社内外のステークホルダーと密に連携を取り、事業運営に欠かせない業務を実行し効率化させる。また、新規システム導入に伴うプロセス構築とチェンジマネジメント業務の見直や削減、新規サービスの発掘も視野に入れる 

Key Responsibilities 主な職務内容: 

  • ビジネスオペレーション(出荷、売上、特価、委託品管理等) 

  • ビジネスサポート(棚卸、貸出・立会等) 

  • システム導入に伴う社内オペレーションプロセスの構築 

  • 基幹システム(One Force等)のエンハンスメントの要件定義や改善 

  • MBP終了に向けたマスタやプライシング整理とプロジェクトの管理 

  • セルアウトプロセスやシステムの改善やプロセス化 

  • サンプル・立会・貸出・有償サービスアレンジメント等のオペレーションやコンプライアンスのモニタリング 

  • チームのマネジメント 

Required Experiences, Skills and Qualifications 求める経験・スキル・資格など: 

  • 医療業界または関連分野での豊富な経験(5年以上推奨) 

  • 営業経験(望ましい) 

  • ピープルマネジメント経験 

  • プロジェクトマネジメント、プロセスシンプリフィケーション 

  • IT関連の理解や精通、システム構築、運用などの経験 

  • 高いコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ(社内外) 

  • HCCなどのコンプライアンス知識 

  • 英語力(必要に応じて)

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
