
Terminal Manager
Job Description
A General Manager is a salary, exempt employee who provides support and leadership to local operations within the terminal. The position ensures the highest quality of customer service is provided within the location and provides administrative support in the areas of compliance, regulations, policies and procedures. The position reports directly to the Area General Manager with dotted-line access to Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations as well as consults with the Directors of Safety, Human Resources, and Accounting.
