Ready to transform the future? --- About the job Job purpose As a Transformation Business Analyst , your main objective is to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of digital , data & AI transformation initiatives
You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
Main missions Your responsibilities include: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements
Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Support Change Management & Adoption: Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
Project Support & Delivery: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking ; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes ; Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends
Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies
Knowledge of change management principles and techniques Business acumen and customer oriented
Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability English Mandatory (fluent in speaking and writing) Work experience in an international environment is a plus Strong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies
