Key Responsibilities
• The Project Manager is responsible for Business Excellence aspects of Delivery: Yield, project management, resource management, workload assignments of the team, etc. Project Manager span of control extends over a group of technical and people managers and by extension their direct reportees as well.
This role also has significant impact to Revenue & Contribution Margin. It is expected that the Project Manager have a clear understanding of Revenue & Contribution Margin and how they impact it. The degree to which the Project Manager is directly responsible will be based on the organization's size and requirements.
