  • Asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y eficiencia de los equipos y Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en equipos de bonding, asegurando la continuidad operativa de las líneas de producción, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia establecidos por la organización.
  • Es su responsabilidad garantizar, monitorear que sus equipos cumplen con los requerimientos de IATF y los procesos definidos. Y mantener los mismos y  mantenerlos.

 

Actividades
    • Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y autónomo en equipos de bonding.
    • Diagnosticar y reparar fallas en:
    • Sistemas de aplicación de adhesivos (dosificadores)
    • Robots
    • Sistemas neumáticos, eléctricos e hidráulicos
    • Atender fallas en línea asegurando tiempos de respuesta rápidos (MTTR).
    • Realizar ajustes, calibraciones y set up de equipos.
    • Ejecutar inspecciones periódicas conforme al plan de mantenimiento.
    • Registrar actividades en sistemas (SAP, bitácoras, formatos internos).
    • Apoyar en análisis de falla (RCA, 5 Why).
    • Cumplir con estándares de calidad (IATF 16949) y requerimientos del cliente.
    • Aplicar normas de seguridad:
    • LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)
    • Uso de EPP
    • Mantener orden y limpieza en área de trabajo (5S).
    • Apoyar en arranques de línea y cambios de modelo.
