Content Outreach Associate, Premiere Mobile Regional Templates
Job Description
The Adobe Stock Content team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Content Outreach Associate to support in-app regional templates development for Adobe’s Premiere Mobile app. As a member of the Adobe Stock Content team, your primary objectives are to help grow and maintain Adobe’s community of contributors across multiple regions, including India, Japan, and Brazil, and drive the specifications, acquisition, and quality control of our growing collection of Premiere Mobile templates.
You will help coordinate with contributors and assist in onboarding their content to our collection, as well as to evaluate these templates for their overall quality, artistic merit, technical execution, and against Adobe’s unique standards. The position is full-time, Berlin-based, and in a hybrid modality.
What you’ll do:
Identify new and suitable video artists (including video editors, motion graphic pros, social media motion creators) based on aesthetic guidelines and collaborate with team on criteria and approval processes.
Outreach and onboard new artists/contributors, providing submission guidance and technical training.
Maintain ongoing network of contributors by coordinating the template submission process while providing feedback and artist education.
Craft monthly themed creative briefs guided by cultural calendars, platform trends, and emerging aesthetics, converting trend research into detailed documents for our contributors across multiple regions.
Implement and track contracts, terms, and program budgets on a quarterly basis.
Assist with the development of content review, style guides & creative guidelines, quarterly planning, and production process efficiency.
What you need to succeed:
3-5+ years of relevant experience in video/motion production, artist outreach, community management or similar
Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and specifically Adobe Premiere Mobile
Experience with contracts and payment processing workflows
A strong foundation in video post-production standards (technical abilities and evaluation skills)
Thorough and exceptional organization skills to manage projects on tight deadlines
Capacity to change direction quickly based on evolving strategic business needs
Fluent in English (and any knowledge of Portuguese or Japanese is a plus) with excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong awareness of visual, motion and design trends
Experience in content production a plus
