Your impact
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including preventive,
corrective, and emergency repairs.
- Maintain uptime of critical production equipment such
as robotics, CNC machines, PLCs, conveyors, and
hydraulics /pneumatics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and
automation issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and improve preventive and predictive
maintenance programs.
- Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, lighting,
plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
Engineering, or Facilities Management preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at
least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience managing both equipment maintenance
and facility operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- English and Spanish - Fluency in conversation.
