The Restoration Lounge is seeking a highly personable and energetic Part-Time Restoration Lounge Attendant to create a safe, welcoming, and knowledgeable environment for our members as they utilize our recovery modalities.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping others, confident in guiding clients through equipment use, and passionate about wellness and body recovery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest has a positive, effective, and rejuvenating experience.
This role combines professionalism, empathy, light clinical knowledge, and sales confidence to ensure every guest receives a safe, effective, and energizing recovery session.

This role combines professionalism, empathy, light clinical knowledge, and sales confidence to ensure every guest receives a safe, effective, and energizing recovery session.
Key Responsibilities
- repare recovery stations before clients arrive (cleaning, sanitizing, presentation, and ensuring equipment functionality)
- Greet every client with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Verify client check-ins using kiosk and scheduling software
- Adequately set guests up for proper usage of their scheduled equipment
- Conduct a brief needs assessment (pain level, focus areas, recovery goals, comfort level)
- Safely operate and guide clients through recovery modalities, including:
- TheraJet Massage Bed
- AquaVive Massage Chair
- SolaDerm Red Light Pod
- PEMF Mat & Ring
- Vibratics Pro Wand
- CompressX Leg Recovery
- Educate clients on what to expect during each session
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use
- Collect client feedback and encourage return visits or membership enrollment
- Support membership sales through positive interactions and product knowledge
- Actively promote the Restoration Lounge by engaging with members throughout the fitness center
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Working Conditions & Availability
- Indoor wellness center environment
- Must be available to work flexible shifts
- Regular interaction with members, non-members, and staff
- Active role that requires standing, walking, and engaging with clients throughout shifts
