
General Manager - Contract Compression
Job Description
Reporting to SVP Field Operations, the General Manager of Contract Compression holds the key responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Contract Compression Business Unit. This role encompasses the oversight and management of all business, commercial, manufacturing and field functions within the business unit. The General Manager is tasked with making pivotal operational and business decisions to achieve and exceed revenue targets, reduce costs, and maximize profits, all while ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to our clients. A central aspect of the role is to demonstrate exceptional leadership in articulating and driving business goals, programs, and processes for the business unit.
