BCBA - Speciality Behavioral Health Services

This role provides intensive clinical support to families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other co-occurring diagnoses who are experiencing significant behavioral or mental health crises. Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing behavior treatment plans, and delivering intensive parent training and safety planning. The BCBA will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, supervise direct care staff, conduct regular home visits, and maintain documentation that meets insurance and regulatory requirements. The goal is to help families manage crises effectively and reduce the need for hospitalization.
