We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage events. No restoration experience? No problem! We provide paid training, hands-on support, and a clear path to earning industry-recognized certifications. What You'll Do:
- Perform cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties
- Water extraction and structural drying assistance
- Content cleaning and pack-out services
- Demolition and debris removal when required
- Operate restoration equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service during difficult situations
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have experience in cleaning, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance, or related fields
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are physically capable of lifting, moving equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in quality workmanship
- Possess problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to work occasional overtime and emergency response situations
