Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Develop and enhance modern Front-end SPAs using ReactJS integrated with AEM.
- Ensure clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and architectural standards.
Feature Implementation
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work on personalization and experimentation using Adobe Target.
Implement tag management and analytics integrations using Adobe Launch. - Collaborate with DAM teams for asset integration and optimization.
Collaboration and Code Quality
- Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Troubleshoot defects and ensure performance optimization.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in web development.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in AEM CMS (Sites, Components, Templates, Workflows, OSGi,Sling)
- Hands-on experience building SPAs using ReactJS.
- Knowledge of Adobe DAM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.
- Strong understanding of HTTP, web servers, and caching mechanisms.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
