MRI Supervisor, Full time, 1st Shift

The MRI Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of daily operations in all areas where MRIs are performed. The MRI Supervisor is responsible for job performance, behavior, and team member conduct. The MRI Supervisor will conduct routine rounding with all direct reports and provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary action when required. The MRI Supervisor will assist with the hiring process and completing the onboarding process for new team members. The MRI Supervisor is responsible for maintaining appropriate departmental productivity in all areas that perform MRI. The MRI Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the services we are providing are in accordance with all accrediting standards and that organizational policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed.
