Process Lead- Decking Department All Crews

The Process Lead coordinates production responsibilities of assigned crew at the Little Rock Plant. Areas of responsibility include production, quality, mechanical/technical problems, ensuring crews have adequate coverage within crew.

The primary purpose of the Process Lead role is to provide on-the-floor leadership and coordination to ensure the efficient and safe execution of daily production and to support the salaried supervisors in achieving production goals. The Process Lead acts as a working leader who is still involved in production tasks but also takes on additional responsibilities for guiding and supporting their team to meet daily production targets safely and effectively. They are a crucial link in the communication and operational chain within the manufacturing plant.
