The DuPont Hillsdale site has an opportunity for DP Data Coordinators to join our operations team. These roles are critical to ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site Operations while enabling strong execution discipline across key plant functions.

These positions will support the following areas:

  • (2) Logistics Coordinators

  • (1) Production Control Coordinator

  • (1) Purchasing & Capital Execution Coordinator

The roles require strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment while driving continuous improvement as part of the DuPont Production System (DPS).

Core Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Support implementation and sustainment of Management Systems tools (ODMS, DMS)

  • Maintain document control systems (hardcopy and electronic) to ensure compliance and audit readiness

  • Track and report functional and site performance metrics

  • Own and maintain SharePoint sites and site data repositories

  • Coordinate site communications and reporting activities

  • Support onboarding and training coordination for employees

  • Assist with cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice resolution

  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement actions

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Logistics Data Coordinators (2 Positions)

  • Track and manage inventory movements, shipments, and warehouse transactions

  • Ensure SAP data accuracy (goods movements, inventory reconciliation, discrepancy resolution)

  • Coordinate with Production and Planning to ensure material availability and flow

  • Monitor and report logistics KPIs, including:

o Inventory accuracy

o On-time shipping (OTIF)

o Cycle count performance

  • Support issue resolution across shipping, receiving, and carrier coordination

Production Data Coordinator (1 Position)

  • Execute and manage the full production order lifecycle in SAP, including accurate and timely order confirmations, adjustments, and closures

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of production data, including:

o Time confirmations (labor and machine)

o Production quantities (yield, scrap, rework)

o Material consumption accuracy

  • Monitor and resolve gaps between planned vs. actual performance, including yield losses and process deviations

  • Maintain real-time system accuracy to support shop floor execution and decision-making

  • Track and report key KPIs, including:

o Schedule adherence

o Yield and scrap performance

o Order completion accuracy

o Variance to standard

  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Planning to ensure alignment between physical production and system data

  • Own and manage training compliance and requirements:

o Track completion of required training (iLearn or equivalent systems)

o Identify gaps and drive follow-up actions

o Support onboarding and qualification tracking

  • Ensure training compliance supports audit readiness and operational capability

  • Actively contribute to DuPont Production System (DPS) by:

o Supporting problem solving (A3, root cause analysis)

o Identifying data and execution gaps

o Driving improvements in system discipline and right-first-time execution

  • Support delivery of site targets by ensuring accurate, timely production data that drives accountability and performance

Purchasing & Capital Data Coordinator (1 Position)

  • Support purchase order creation, tracking, and issue resolution in SAP

  • Monitor and track site spending versus budget

  • Support capital project execution activities, including cost tracking, invoice management, and documentation

  • Assist with contractor onboarding and contract administration processes

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and approval workflows

  • Support coordination across Engineering, Finance, and Operations for capital and expense execution

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required

  • Associate degree or higher preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations, or manufacturing support experience, preferably in a plant environment

Key Attributes

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms)

  • Ability to learn and effectively use systems such as:

o SAP

o SharePoint

o iLearn

o Cority

o webMOC / webEDMS

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy discipline

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication skills across shop floor and leadership levels

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes

  • Demonstrated commitment to learning, teamwork, and operational excellence
