＜職務内容>
A&P資格手当20万円/月！
関西空港に飛来する自社機「B777, B767」を中心にプッシュバックからエンジン交換にいたるまで、飛行機を飛ばすための総ての整備作業を担って頂きます。
弊社整備作業は、日々の運航間整備から、重整備で行うような板金、配線を追い・修理する深いトラブルシューティングまで幅広い整備作業を行います。他のAirlineではできない整備経験を体感できます。これまでに培った技術、知識を活かし国内航空会社のライン整備にはない、新しいフィールドで活躍していただきます。
日系大手航空会社・整備会社からの転職実績多数！
28歳 3年目、大手日系運航整備会社からの転職事例（深夜勤を含む24時間シフトに従事）
-１年目：整備補助作業員（AAMT）として従事しながらA&Pを取得 年収実績：650万円
-２年目：確認主任者（AMT）として従事 年収実績：850万円
-３年目：上級確認主任者（Sr AMT）を目指し、知識・スキルの拡張中 推定年収：900万円

＜応募要件＞
・ A＆Pもしくは日本の航空機整備士免許を持っている方。
・ 新しいことに積極的に挑戦し、変化に柔軟に対応できるかた
・ 24時間オペレーションに対応した深夜勤を含むシフトに柔軟に適応できるかた
勤務時間・曜日:
シフト制：代表的なシフト 0600-1415、0930-1745、1730-0145、2115-0530（その他シフトはフライト状況に併せて前月25日までに調整されます。）
休暇・休日:
・ 産前産後休暇、育児休暇制度あり（多数の取得実績あり）
・ 有給取得率99％、会計年度内に3日のフレックス休暇付与
・ 週休２日制、就労時間 ７時間15分＋休憩60分、残業実績 (過去3か月)：平均２時間以内

・ 昇給の有無及び金額については前年度の業績により毎年10月に決定されます。
・ 初年度の基本給
- 32万円～：A&P 未保有者（見込年収570～620万円）※A&P取得後に下記の基本給へ昇給し、資格手当：200,000/月が支給されます
- 42.3万円～：A&P 保有者 （見込年収850万円～）
・ A&P資格手当：200,000/月
・ A&P取得に必要なサポート、費用はすべて弊社で負担します
・ 賞与制度あり：前年度の業績に応じ毎年12月に支給
待遇・福利厚生:
・ 通勤手当、時間外手当、深夜勤手当、休日出勤手当、ランプ運転手当(最大15,000円/月)、その他諸手当は就業規則に準ずる
