Sr. Retail Support Specialist

Under the direction of the Corporate Retail Operations Lead Trainer, the Jr. Trainer will work directly with the field teams to provide training, reinforce workflows, support documentation accuracy, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Daily interactions will also include:
Operations Managers (OPS), Office Managers (OMs), Administrative Staff, Training & Leadership Teams, Customer service, vendor, and support partners as needed
