What You'll Do
-
Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.

Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent-ready.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.

Travel up to 50% across North America-no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For
-
Mechanical/electrical technical background (diesel, gas, HVAC, or similar).

Safety AND quality first mentality
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable working independently and on the road.

Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service

Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops

21+ years of age with valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed
-
Experienced working in a fast-paced, ever changing, customer focused and safety-first oriented environment
