Job Description
We’re looking for a competent, hands-on technician to help with a wide variety of projects on-site. This role is about being versatile, detail-oriented, and reliable — someone who can jump in on anything from equipment operation to basic construction, site improvements, or day-to-day fixes. No task is beneath you, and you take pride in finishing what you start.
Responsibilities
Support general site projects such as setup, improvements, and repairs
Provide technical support and hands-on assistance for the installation of specialized equipment or infrastructure required by tech tenants.
Operate or learn to operate equipment like skid steers, forklifts, or telehandlers
Assist with construction and carpentry (framing, metal work, simple structures, etc.)
Handle assembly and installation of fencing, furniture, fixtures, or security equipment
Work on outdoor and utility projects such as trenching, block stacking, or landscaping tasks
Tackle one-off projects and pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving forward
