PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, VEHICLE QUOTA & REGISTRATION (1-YR TEMP)

[What you will be working on]

You will play a vital role in delivering excellent counter transaction services and supporting backend operations. Your responsibilities will include processing applications for vehicle registration, various vehicle schemes, licenses, and quota-related transactions at the counter.

In backend operations, you will be responsible for processing and granting approvals for diverse applications, ensuring the accuracy of vehicle records through regular checks and updates, and addressing general inquiries from motor dealers and the public, both via phone and in writing.

You may be assigned other tasks as needed to support the team's objectives. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for all stakeholders.

• Knowledge in any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Pleasant personality with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
