Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Provide efficient and quality service to all customers and assist Duty Officer in ensuring that all airport activities are conducted smoothly and effectively.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To ensure quality services as a professional front-liner.
• To supervise and evaluate subordinate performance (If applicable).
• To prepare duty roster for shift Staff (if applicable).
• To prepare and ensure an effective on-the-job training for subordinates at all times (If applicable).
• To ensure the announcement are clear and precise.
• To get latest and accurate information on flight data.
• To provide customers with the latest and accurate information on flight information.
• To answer all calls within 3 rings, answer politely and professionally.
• To carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.

Skills

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
• Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be computer literate

Relevant Industries

• Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience 

Education

SPM/STPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
