Job Summary:
- The Team Lead is responsible for driving Sales and Marketing initiatives, leading Deal Origination efforts, and overseeing Credit Evaluation and Financial Analysis to support sound business decisions. The role ensures accurate preparation and review of Legal Documentation, effectively manages stakeholders through strong Influencing Skills, and upholds strict adherence to Compliance standards while maintaining a strong Research Orientation to support market insights and business growth.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists Relationship Managers (RMs) under his/her team in packaging credit facilities that are aligned with clients’ needs.
- Reviews credit proposals submitted by RMs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and sound financial justification.
- Conducts client calls and plant visits jointly with RMs to strengthen client relationships and assess business operations.
- Escalates potential problem accounts to management and implements appropriate remedial measures to mitigate possible losses to the Bank.
- Oversees the team’s portfolio, including the Team Lead’s own accounts, ensuring overall portfolio quality and performance.
- Supervises, coaches, and mentors Relationship Managers within the team to drive performance and professional development.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
