Job Description
HOPE Farm Graduate Interns are to operate and engage with the ministry as professional employees. Interns are in a position to learn and grow during their time at Hope Farm, but our hope is that our interns additionally have a sustainable effect and impact on the ministry, the families we serve, and the programs we offer.
Our Graduate Interns are expected to:
- Be conscientious to either agree with the statement of faith at HOPE Farm or at a minimum agree to not dispute or teach principles contrary to the Statement of Faith
- Commit to following the standard of behavior set by HOPE Farm's Behavioral Expectations for Staff
- Be responsible for taking the Ministry Safe Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Course
- Develop and execute six learning goals while at HOPE Farm, including academic, professional, and personal goals
- Collaborate and complete work-related and goal-related tasks for HOPE Farm and with fellow staff
- Attend weekly HOPE Farm staff meetings and schedule sufficient check-ins with your supervisor
- Account for the goals and expectations of your graduate program internship guidelines for your school
